Sleeping Kitties

I don’t know why but looking at my cats sleeping always bring the ‘aww’ ย factor in me. I know they’re not my kids but it feels like watching babies sleep. So peaceful, so restful, you just can’t help but go, “Aww….” You just don’t want to disturb them sleeping. So you lower your voice, whispering even and in some cases, tiptoeing around them so not to rouse them awake. Browsing through my pics, I have a fair amount of my cat family sleeping. Here’s some of them. Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜€

The Wonderful Bebel Bella, the matriarch

Joyyo with one of his siblings. Unfortunately the sib doesn't want to move to the new house.

Calm between Joyyo and Lila

One Sunny Sunday with Joyyo

My cats, like any other cats, like to doze off under the sun. However there’s this spot in the front ‘yard’ (it’s so tiny it doesn’t feel like a yard) that Joyyo likes most. He likes to doze off there more so than his siblings. But of course every now and then they would join him for a grooming fest. One of my friend likes Joyyo so much that she nicknamed him Prince Joyyo. Well, he does love his camera…

Nothing beats dozing of on those stones. Ika calls that my cats’ stone massage therapy pot. ย They really like it. I have amassed quite a number of Joyyo on the stone pot in various sleep poses. These were taken last Sunday, so it is only appropriate to present this for Sunday viewing ย ๐Ÿ˜€

His solitude is broken. His siblings want some hot stone therapy too. ย The top cat is Lila, the little one we often called Joyyo 2.0 due to his remarkable similarity to his older bro.

Well now the whole gang is here minus Bella, their mother. All 4 are siblings. They have the same mom, though only God knows who their father is ๐Ÿ˜‰

Even the sunniest Sunday must end. Must be tiring to look cute all the time. Have a good sleep Joyyo and Lilla ๐Ÿ™‚ How’s your Sunday?

Lila the Beautiful

Kakak & Lila, BFF

This is kakak’s cat, Lila the beautiful. Yes I am biased. I think my cat(s) are just the most wonderful thing after sliced bread. I do realise that some people don’t like cats. Some are even scared of them so much so that they can’t bear looking at pictures of cat.I can understand it. I don’t like all animals, just cats. I don’t fancy snakes, I would be scared too to see a close up of a snake’s head.

However, as a fellow pet owner I do realise people love their pets very much. My position is that of,”If you have nothing nice to say then don’t say anything at all!” Back when I still don’t like dogs (I think some dogs are cute now) I’d just smile and nod when the owner start bragging about their dogs. But I guess that’s a little too much to ask of someone who’s scared of all animals.

At first I was annoyed. I get that this person don’t like cats, but to actually said that Lila is scary looking right to me, well that’s just a little too much to hear. But you know, now I feel sorry for the person. Pets bring so much joy to the owner, something he’ll never experienced, not as long as he still has his phobia. So I’ll just refrain. I won’t let it get to me. I know Lila is beautiful, people who like cats thinks she’s beautiful, why should I care about what some cat-phobia person thinks?
